Storefronts

You have the products. We build the store.

Custom design and build at a fixed price agreed before anything starts -- no hourly meter, no change orders, no surprise invoice at the end. You bring the products, the photos, and the words. We turn them into a storefront that looks like your brand instead of a template someone else is also using, on Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce at the same price whichever you pick.

Who this is for

You are selling something real and you already have the raw material -- product photos, a logo, copy you have written, a catalogue in a spreadsheet. What you do not have is a store that looks like it belongs to your brand.

The two usual options are both bad. A $39 theme applied straight out of the box looks like the four thousand other stores using it. An agency will build you something genuinely custom and quote $15,000 for it.

This is the middle: a free theme rebuilt around your brand by one person who does the design and the development, at a price fixed before work begins. One person, no account managers, no change orders. Most stores launch in two to four weeks.

What we build on

Three platforms, one price list. The tier costs the same whichever you pick, so the choice can be about what actually suits your business rather than what is cheapest to build.

Shopify

The default for most merchants, and the one we have built on most. Hosting, security, and PCI compliance are handled for you. Best when you want to sell and not think about infrastructure.

Trade-off: a monthly subscription, and an extra fee per sale unless you use their own payment processing. Wholesale is included on the regular plans now, so selling B2B no longer means an enterprise contract.

WooCommerce

WordPress underneath, so if you already run a WordPress site the store lives in the same place. No platform subscription, and the data is genuinely yours on your own hosting.

Trade-off: you own the hosting, updates, backups, and security. Budget for the care plan or a competent host.

BigCommerce

Hosted like Shopify, and strong on wholesale and multiple price lists. Worth a look if you sell B2B as well as retail and want that machinery in the base plan.

Trade-off: a smaller app ecosystem, and its plans carry sales-volume caps that move you up a tier as you grow. We will show you the real monthly number before you choose.

Two things these tiers are not for. If your store is really an application -- unusual pricing rules, a membership or booking model, an integration no platform supports -- that is a build, not a theme, and we quote it on its own rather than pretend it fits a tier. And if you are on Squarespace, Wix, or Etsy, we will gladly maintain what you have or move you off it, but those platforms do not allow the custom sections the tiers promise. In both cases we will say so on the call rather than sell you something that cannot be delivered.

Three tiers, three fixed prices

The tier is set by how much of the store has to be built from scratch, not by how many pages it has -- pages are cheap once the theme is yours. You are told which tier you are in, and why, before you commit to anything.

Essential

A clean, branded store built on a free theme. The right choice for a first storefront or a straightforward catalogue.

$3,200 fixed

1 to 2 weeks

  • Free theme customized to your colours, type, and logo
  • Up to 8 pages built and populated with your content
  • Product and collection setup, cart and checkout tested
  • SEO basics, analytics, mobile and cross-browser testing
  • Training session and written handoff guide

Bespoke

For stores that need to do something, not just show something -- a launch mechanism, a wholesale channel, a migration.

$12,800 fixed

4 weeks and up

  • Everything in Signature
  • Custom mechanisms -- presale and countdown launches, wholesale portals, subscriptions
  • Migration from an existing platform, with your data brought across
  • Third-party integrations to the tools you already run
  • Systems you operate yourself after launch, documented and tested

These are fixed prices, not starting points, and they do not change with the platform you choose. Half is due at kickoff and half at launch, and the number does not move unless you change what you asked for. Enterprise plans, headless builds, custom app development, and multi-store or multi-currency rollouts sit outside these tiers and are quoted individually.

In every tier

  • A design prototype you review before a line of the store is built
  • One optional second design round, included
  • A free theme, so no licence fee eats your budget
  • Built inside your own account on your platform -- you own it from day one
  • Mobile, tablet, and cross-browser testing before launch
  • One consolidated review round during the build
  • Training and a written guide so you can run it without us
  • Defects fixed free for 14 days after launch

Not included

  • Photography and videography production
  • Copywriting and product descriptions
  • Brand identity work beyond the storefront -- naming, guidelines, packaging
  • Content preparation, if you want us to do it (quoted as an add-on)
  • Your platform subscription, hosting, and payment processing -- billed to you directly by them
  • Paid apps beyond free tiers
  • Changes requested after launch, as opposed to defects

What we need from you

A fixed price works because the scope is known, and the scope is known once the content is real. This is the part every storefront project runs aground on, so it is worth being blunt about it up front.

  • Copy as editable text. A document we can select and paste from, not a PDF or screenshots of text.
  • Photography as original files, 2000px wide or larger. Phone photos are fine if they are sharp and well lit.
  • Product data as a spreadsheet -- names, descriptions, prices, variants, stock.
  • Your logo, ideally as an SVG or the original design file.
  • Admin access to your store, granted to us on your own account.

The schedule starts when this arrives complete, not when you sign. If gathering it is the part you dread, we will do it for you as a separate quoted line rather than let it stall the build.

How the build runs

  1. Scope and quote A few days

You find out the price before you commit to anything

    • A call about what you sell and what the store has to do
    • We name the tier and why we put you in it
    • A written quote with a fixed total and a payment schedule
  2. Design Week 1

You see the store before it is built

    • An interactive prototype, not a flat picture of a homepage
    • You give feedback and we incorporate it
    • One optional second round included; you sign off before the build starts
  3. Build 1 to 3 weeks

The approved design becomes a working store

    • Theme customization, custom sections, products and collections
    • Apps, email, analytics, SEO, and legal pages
    • One consolidated review round with five business days to respond
  4. Launch and handover 1 day

You leave able to run it yourself

    • Cross-browser and mobile testing, then go live
    • A training session on your own store, not a generic demo
    • A written guide for adding products, posts, and pages
    • Defects fixed free for 14 days; a care plan afterwards if you want one

After launch: the care plan

Optional, month to month, and genuinely optional -- the store is yours and runs fine without it.

$560 /month

What it covers

  • Theme, plugin, and platform updates applied and tested, so nothing breaks quietly
  • Uptime and checkout monitoring -- we find out before your customers do
  • Up to three hours of changes each month: products, pages, images, sections
  • Defects fixed at no charge, past the 14-day launch window
  • Direct access by phone and email, answered first

The terms

  • Month to month. Cancel with 30 days notice, no exit fee
  • The three hours do not roll over -- you are buying availability, not a bank
  • New pages, new features, or a redesign are quoted separately
  • Your platform's own subscription, hosting, and processing fees stay billed to you by them
  • Start it at launch or later; the store is yours either way

Three hours at our published $185/hour rate is $555, so the plan is the cheaper way to buy small changes if you expect to make them. If you do not expect to make any, skip it -- we would rather you cancelled than paid for something you never use.
