Why We Exist
Most small business software is built by people who have never run a small business. You pay every month for features you do not use, work around a process someone else decided on, and keep a spreadsheet going on the side anyway.
We build the thing you asked for. No modules to grow into, no seats to buy, no workflow you have to adopt. If a feature is not solving a problem you named, it does not get built.
We are in Montana and work with businesses across the country. Most of them run on five or six people and a lot of hours. That is the constraint everything here is designed around.

Our Story
Snowy Mountain Software started because too many small businesses run on spreadsheets, sticky notes, and three systems that do not talk to each other.
We connect the pieces: scheduling, payments, customer records, reminders. One place to look instead of four.
You are not buying a seat on a platform built for someone ten times your size, and you are not paying for the parts of it you will never open.
We do this for dentists, daycares, salons, fitness studios, and home service companies. Five of those industries run on software we built and operate ourselves.
