What you run today
Every system, subscription, and spreadsheet in the business. What each one costs, what it is actually used for, and which ones overlap. This alone usually finds money.
Technical Audit
Most owners know something is wrong -- the scheduling is a mess, the software costs too much, the same task keeps eating an hour a day -- but not which part to fix first. The audit answers that, in writing, before you spend real money.
The usual way this goes: you describe your problem for free across three phone calls, a vendor proposes the thing they happened to want to build, and you find out whether it was right after you have paid for it.
We would rather charge you a small, fixed amount to do the diagnosis properly, and give you something you can act on with or without us. If the honest conclusion is that you should buy an off-the-shelf product for $60 a month, that is what the document will say. We have written that conclusion before.
The audit is credited in full against implementation work if you go ahead within 60 days.
Adjusted to your business, but this is the standing checklist.
Every system, subscription, and spreadsheet in the business. What each one costs, what it is actually used for, and which ones overlap. This alone usually finds money.
The tasks that repeat daily and weekly, who does them, and how long they take. We are looking for the ones a computer should have been doing all along.
No-shows, unbilled work, manual payment chasing, duplicate subscriptions, and the gap between what you charge and what you collect.
Where customer and client records live, who can reach them, whether they are backed up, and whether the way they are stored would embarrass you in an audit of a different kind.
An honest read on where automation or AI would genuinely pay for itself in your business, and where it is an expensive way to do something a form already does.
The parts of your setup that work at your current size and stop working at double it, so you find out now rather than during your best month.
A working session, not a sales call
The part you are actually paying for
Findings in your hands, then a conversation about them
$2,500, invoiced at booking. If we conclude in the first two days that there is no meaningful problem to solve, we say so and refund the balance.
Start with a free 30-minute scoping call. If the audit is not the right next step for you, we will tell you that on the call rather than after the invoice.
